From just 2 acres of organically and regeneratively farmed gravely loam in Rutherford, this Fiano reflects the soulful depth of one of Italy’s great heritage white grapes. Made with the same old-school methods as our Chenin Blanc—native yeast fermentation, low sulfites, unfined and unfiltered, aged on its lees—it offers greater complexity, with layered depth and quiet confidence. Rich yet bright, textured yet lifted, it reveals notes of lemon oil, roasted hazelnut, chamomile, and flint. With its structure, elegance, and aging potential, this Fiano is set to become one of the most distinguished wines in the LOLA cellar.
